By accessing and using SKU Analyzer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SKU Analyzer is a dashboard tool that connects to your Google Ads and Google Merchant Center accounts to provide analytics and insights about your product performance. The Service requires you to authorize access to your Google accounts via OAuth.

3. Data Handling

When you connect your Google accounts, we temporarily store your performance data to display in the dashboard. All user data is automatically deleted 24 hours after connection. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than displaying it to you in the dashboard.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You agree not to share your access with unauthorized parties or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

SKU Analyzer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
